Texting While Driving Results in Atlanta Vehicular Homicide | Teens Against Distracted Driving

Lori Reineke was charged with vehicular homicide as well as ‘engaging in actions which distract from the safe operation of a motor vehicle (using her cell phone) in Atlanta this week after striking and killing a man in a crosswalk. However, Reineke’s lawyer has arguments and believes officials are charging her just as a way to make an example of someone. There are also other details which make the case controversial.
