Your eyes are off the road for at least 4 seconds, and within that 4 seconds, SO much can happen. A car infront of you could maybe slam on the brakes to avoid hitting a kitten or squirrel or something, and you wouldn't realize they stopped... so you would run into them. Imagine how dumb you would feel. It's not worth it. Texting and driving is like the equivalent to driving after having 4 beers. He was driving while texting. We are selling t-shirts in his memory with the slogan "Head up for Eagle." Eagle was his nickname.
