While Missouri has recently made laws to help stop the use of texting while driving, officials say that the bans have so far been difficult to enforce. Missouri passed the ban five months ago and since then police have only issued 13 tickets for the texting while driving offense. In my opinion, the reason it has been off to a slow start is because of the absolutely ridiculous details of the Missouri Law anti-texting and driving law.
